Working in our Retail Tech & Analytics team, you will execute Wayfair’s commercial analytics roadmap, driving success in Europe and globally. You will perform business and financial analyses, monitor and track business performance, build analytics tools to make us and our partners successful. 

What You'll Do; 

  • Conduct research activities to explore new analytics opportunities
  • Testing new innovative ideas by creating prototypes
  • Building the tools to measure our commercial success across our entire supplier base
  • Prepare and improve leadership reports
  • Assist with project management activities to ensure proper rollout of tools
  • Assist with the preparation of training materials

What You'll Need

  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient with SQL
  • Proficient with generating practical business insights by developing dashboards (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Enthusiastic, with proven ability to quickly get up to speed
