Change Manager, Ops Readiness - Change Management

The Ops Readiness Change Management team is seeking entrepreneurial, results-focused, and high-energy change managers to drive the culture and management of executing effective change across the supply chain network.

 

We are looking for a data-driven, impact-oriented, highly collaborative, and intellectually curious manager to drive initiatives that deliver on these objectives. The ideal candidate brings structured and logical planning, excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, an ability to lead projects, experience with stakeholder management and a strong track record of cross-functional team leadership to the role. 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and field operations across the Wayfair Supply Chain to identify best practices and continuously improve upon facilitating effective change
  • Develop metrics and KPIs for executing effective change throughout the network
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the change management process
  • Lead projects related to continuous improvement
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and roadblocks within the program
  • Execute on various daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that are crucial to the execution of changes in partnership with the field and change owners and provide regular cadence of updates to senior leadership
  • Be a self-navigator and build productive relationships with operational partners, such as Supply Chain site leadership, Talent partners, and other stakeholders

What You'll Need

 

  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Strategic thinker and possess the ability to tie projects to broader company goals and cross-functional initiatives 
  • A proven track record of taking on big challenges and delivering despite obstacles or limited resources
  • Strong project management and structured thinking skills to drive clarity and action on ambiguous projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholders, gaining alignment and working effectively in cross-functional team situations 
  • Comfortable leading several projects simultaneously with a structured approach and pivoting in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, comfortable assessing a problem, identifying potential solutions and providing firm rationale for the recommended solution 
  • Stellar oral and written communication skills, demonstrated senior presence. Ability to write clear and concise program updates
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Slides required
  • Experience with Change Management / Go to Market a plus
