What You’ll Do:

  • Provide immediate & ongoing support to all users on CMMS
  • Where required support and train new starters with all aspects of CMMS
  • Continue development of the Wayfair CMMS Playbook to support individuals with on hand training documentation for all aspects of the CMMS tool
  • Develop individuals into CMMS super users across the network, identifying individuals in specific regions of the DC network
  • Assist the Maintenance Admin providing expertise when setting up appropriate spares holding levels
  • Producing and developing existing and new maintenance reports, which will support improvements on site operational effectiveness
  • Assist in development of preventative and predictive maintenance programs across the entire network
  • Maintain CMMS procedure and task data integrity with recommendations of any changes to maintenance managers with feedback from maintenance technicians
  • Leverage CMMS technology to develop robust maintenance tracking and improve department efficiency
  • Carry out Day to day Administration of the system, ensuring the tool is operating as intended.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solving CMMS issues daily
  • Maintain existing reports within the Wayfair report library, ensuring accurate reports are generated on time
  • Provide solutions to general daily requests across the network
  • Work closely with CMMS Support Team, staying current with any updates to the system
  • Maintain data within CMMS, ensuring all obsolete data for sites is suitably archived
  • Development and ongoing support of the EU network maintenance audit
  • Utilize CMMS to develop the network audit tool
  • Utilize CMMS reports to score DC’s on individual maintenance performance areas, including structured scoring metrics
  • Support, across network–
  • Where required support in the setup of new DC CMMS, where appropriate owning the site setup.
  • Support in the network alignment of PM’s, PM intervals, tasks, procedures, training, contracts ensure all sites with like for like equipment follow the same standards.
  • Standardizing and aligning network on Inventory practices i.e. cycle counts, naming convention, transactions etc.

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills—to include MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Has excellent analytical, planning & organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a willingness to take the initiative in driving changes and introducing best practices.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment
  • Practical experience in material handling system maintenance and maintenance technician experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a CMMS system
