B2B Content Management Sr. Associate / Sales Enablement Specialist

Wayfair is looking for a communication and sales enablement specialist for our Training and Communications Team with experience supporting a B2B sales organization to be either remotely based or site based at our Brunswick, ME or Boston, MA offices. 

This position will play an important role on the B2B Training and Communications Team to support all sales channels of the B2B Business Organization (Wayfair Professional) for all of Wayfair’s US-based B2B sales centers. This specialist will own the administration and strategy of our Content Management System. In addition, this role will partner with Sales Management, Operations, and Strategy Leadership to support communication and content priorities to ensure the highest impact. This includes partnering with subject matter experts to create compelling content to keep our sales team members informed and engaged about strategic initiatives, team news and more. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, sales enablement and project management with proven experience using Content Management Systems and content development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own administration and drive strategy of our Content Management System (CMS) 
  • Drive content and platform engagement demonstrated through monthly content updates (i.e. sunsetting outdated content and keeping program language consistent) and weekly tracking and communicating of engagement metrics (LiveSends, customer open rates and sales engagement)
  • Develop and track analysis of content effectiveness and team impact in conjunction with B2B Analytics and Program Management leaders
  • Partner with Operational Effectiveness lead and Sales Training Delivery team to identify actionable training objectives and effectiveness KPIs
  • Support the execution of employee communication efforts to our Sales organization 
  • Craft clever and compelling content to be shared through a variety of channels, including email, video, presentations, newsletters, events and more; tailoring efforts by audience
  • Lead the creation and delivery of content and sales enablement initiatives, processes and tools to support Sales teams

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2-3 years experience with a Content Management System "CMS" Administration (Seismic experience a plus) OR Learning Management System "LMS"
  • Proficiency in content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build partnerships
  • Critical thinking with flexibility, openness to change and reprioritization
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong Google Suite skills such as Slides and Documents; proficient in Sheets
  • Minimal travel required

Preferred: 

  • 1-3 years of Sales Enablement, Sales Training or B2B Sales experience
  • Knowledge of sales enablement technology/software, processes and best practices
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing Communications
