In this role, your focus will be to continuously improve our returns grading performance, seek solutions to avoid returns going to waste and capture multi million $ of opportunity for the business.

The ideal candidate for this is impact-orientated, energetic, self driven and able to communicate across all levels of the organization. This is a corporate role that is based in our German warehouse. You  will work with other global teams both field and corporate.  

What You’ll Do

  • Identify business opportunities in our returns warehouse processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to ensure efficient processes and the highest possible grading outcome for our returns 
  • Improve training and audit concepts for our returns warehouse processes to ensure a high and consistent performance
  • Drive cross functional initiatives with local and global stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Tech, Industrial Engineering, Process Design & Continuous Improvement, Facility Management, Carrier Management)
  • Define, visualize, monitor, and improve key performance indicators for our returns warehouse processes

What You’ll Need

  • Fluency in English and German
  • A Bachelor and/or Masters Degree
  • Relevant experience (4+ years), preferably (but not necessarily limited to) in online retail, warehouse process design and continuous improvement, supply chain and/or process consulting
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment, with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Ability to develop, articulate, and execute strategy
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced data driven environment with a collaborative working style and ability to develop people
  • Skilled analytical and critical thinker; someone who looks to data for answers and opportunities (strong EXCEL skills)
  • Strong project management skills paired with process thinking
  • Ability to challenge existing standards and advocate for improvements by setting new standards, experience leading continuous improvement events
  • Lean certifications are a plus
