What You’ll Do 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for contractor hiring including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiating processes, while advising your business partners along the way
  • Works closely with hiring managers to open and manage contractor requests
  • Extend offers and process assignment modifications
  • Strategize with staffing vendors and hiring managers to overcome sourcing obstacles
  • Act as a credible business partner to stakeholders by advising on high-level decisions
  • Provide productive feedback and direction to teammates (even if no direct reporting relationship) on best practices and processes
  • Establish problem-solving partnerships with colleagues in other teams and support groups
  • Use data to anticipate potential problems and address proactively with senior stakeholders
  • Provide transparency to stakeholders on how things are progressing through regular and clear reporting
  • Craft unique and creative sourcing strategies, continually iterating to diagnose and design around pipeline challenges

What You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
  • Experience managing staffing vendors highly preferred
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment
  • Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
  • Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic
