Covid-19 Testing Associate, Boston, MA

Wayfair, the largest online-only retailer of home furnishings and housewares in the United States, is looking for a motivated Testing Administrator. The right candidate will have the ability to understand and manage routine processes, has a great attitude, is passionate about our internal customer, and is reliable.

Key Job Duties:   

• Responsible for understanding and managing onsite COVID-19 testing for our Boston employees 
• Guide employees through an outlined process of self-testing and answer basic questions as needed.
• Oversee safe collection, storage, and dropoff of all onsite testing samples.
• Confidentially review test results.
• Follow process to notify impacted employees of next steps and guide them through basic contact tracing.
• Wear provided safety equipment at all required times (masks, gloves).

 Requirements:   

• Able to maintain confidentiality. 
• Uses good judgment to escalate issues or concerns appropriately.
• Motivated by being a problem solver.
• Have solid computer skills, specifically in the use of Google Suite.
• Able to apply deductive reasoning to meet stakeholder expectations. 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Prior administrative experience is a plus.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to alternate sitting and standing throughout an 8-hour period or more.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and computer screen.
• Ability to use a telephone headset and telephone system.
• Ability to perform all above-mentioned duties with or without accommodations.
