Dedicated Analyst, Merch-as-a-Service

Wayfair’s SKU Success Toolkit team is piloting multiple services to assist suppliers in launching new products on Wayfair.com and to improve performance of existing products on Wayfair.com. This offering will help to accelerate the growth of high potential products and will identify products that require intervention to reach their full potential. To achieve this mission, we’re looking for a highly motivated, operationally-minded, organized, and detail-oriented individual. This role will challenge you to effectively execute administrative tasks crucial to the success of the offering, collaborate effectively with stakeholders (Media, Reviews, etc.), and think creatively about how to launch and scale a Pilot offering. 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Assist in managing the team inbox maintaining a 2 day service-level agreement when responding to suppliers and answering program related questions from suppliers using our FAQ guide
  • Manage Wayfair Sponsored Products campaigns and initiate review acquisition via internal tools 
  • Coordinate with the broader Merchandising as a Service team to enroll Toolkit suppliers in 3D Imagery pipelines
  • Pull supplier reporting on a bi-weekly or monthly basis and recommend actions for suppliers to take to improve product performance 
  • Responsible for program level KPIs (e.g., Turnaround Time, Order Incrementality etc.), 
  • Stay organized while pivoting and refining strategies as priorities evolve over time

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant professional field
  • Track record that indicates high potential for growth
  • Willing to dive deep to obtain a strong understanding of business strategy and bottom line goals
  • Effective verbal and written communicator 
  • Able to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment
  • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is required
  • Knowledge of SQL is a bonus, but not required
  • Mandarin speaker is a bonus, but not required
