  • Uncover and direct efforts to drive coverage and accuracy of product content with particularly high customer engagement
  • Expand what Wayfair is able to do with product content, uncovering and working with relevant teams to apply product data to high value customer-facing and internal use cases

 What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution with a strong academic record; focus in Economics, Business Administration, or related field a plus
  • MBA preferred
  • Passion for customer and supplier experience
  • Ability to build and lead a large, diverse team; can predict and preempt challenges
  • Strong communication skills – ability to summarize and share results with executives, and influence cross-functional roadmaps
  • Strong quantitative skills – ability to develop analytical methodologies and assumptions, conduct analyses, and synthesize findings
  • Strong business acumen – ability to understand how various parts of the business interact, and can identify and approach problems from a customer perspective
  • Ability to learn and act quickly, make decisions and draw conclusions in the face of ambiguity
  • Intellectually curious, high energy, with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high stakes team environment
