Wayfair is looking for a DEI Recruiting Program Manager to join our Technical Talent Acquisition team. Work alongside Engineering leaders to define and refine sourcing and hiring best practices to attract and hire the world’s best talent. Come help us build, develop, and maintain inclusive hiring practices and advise recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders on best in class strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all DEI Project/Program efforts within technical recruiting; including but not limited to, training and adoption of best practices for technical recruiters, leaders, and stakeholders across the Engineering organization, reporting out on progress, success, and failures, and working cross functionally with other Wayfair partners on key initiatives across the globe.
  • Review hiring strategies to assure a more inclusive hiring process throughout the funnel.
  • Create measurable and actionable process efforts that align with Tech TA hiring goals.
  • Identify, scope, and execute on partnerships, technologies, and/or tools to advance our DEI hiring strategies and agenda.
  • Play an active role in sourcing talent for Wayfair technical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on innovative developments in workforce and workplace diversity, recruitment tools and best practices; identify ways in which the TA team can best apply these recruiting and networking resources.
  • Measure engagement, ROI, success of TA programs as well as monitor external and internal trends and influences.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience preferred, and 5+ years running large scale DEI-focused programs with measurable results.
  • Working knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, relationship management, wage, and salary trends, and the ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage without supervision and drive complex strategies across a variety of cross functional partners.
  • Masterful communication; including delivering clear, concise, data driven plans and results to senior business leaders.
  • Expertise in the sourcing and attraction of top tier technical talent within a highly competitive landscape preferred
