We are looking for an Onsite Engagement Coordinator and Administrator for our Pittsfield contact center who has a passion for creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for NA Service team members. This is an entry-level position (with opportunity for future growth), within the greater Employee Experience team, primarily supporting the ideation, planning, and execution of small- and large-scale Engagement programming focused on driving employee performance, happiness, overall wellness, and community involvement. What You’ll Do

  • Tap into your creative  side (a strength of the Engagement Coordinator) in order to contribute to the ideation and development of weekly Engagement programming
  • Plan for, host and successfully execute inclusive Engagement programming on both a small and large scale (ex. Snack/drinks hand out, Winter Party, etc.); this includes placing orders with local vendors for event materials, running errands to pick up supplies, etc.
  • Assist with creation and distribution of key communications to promote Engagement programming, including Slack messages, bulletin board notifications, digital signage, newsletters, intranet content, etc. 
  • Develop relationships with all at the site and within the local community, serving as an Engagement point of contact
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local community organizations and establishments to identify perks, volunteer opportunities, etc.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating group Engagement activities as needed (ex. Birthday/Top Performer Roundtables,  volunteer opportunities, etc.)
  • Present Engagement-related information to new hires, site leadership, etc.
  • Leverage the ticketing system, as needed, to effectively support site leadership Engagement initiatives
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports weekly
  • Assist in reconciling the site Engagement budget tracker, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately based on team and site needs
  • Work with an Engagement  Specialist to support site leadership with other site projects, initiatives or administrative tasks. 
  • Could be responsible for handling, intaking, and distributing COVID-19 testing kits and tracking the completion of COVID-19 test kits.
  • Creates a welcoming experience for external visitors, assists with site safety & security and provides site support as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong creativity and event planning skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to accurately prioritize work across multiple projects and work within deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to business needs, changing environments, and to have a flexible schedule in special circumstances. 
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms); experience utilizing Canva, Typeform, Simplebooklet a plus!
  • Access to reliable transportation
