Wayfair is looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Employee Experience Team to support our EU Operations..

The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for creating and deploying impactful engagement programs, employee events, and creating memorable experiences. You will partner closely with the Supply Chain leadership team and other functional leaders, plus understand the voice of the employee, to identify opportunities that will help drive employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. It’s a fast-paced and influential role within a fun and high-energy team.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Take the lead on driving a Global Project to implement a multilingual workforce across our Supply Chain, operating in multiple countries across multiple languages
  • Define, own, and provide visibility on our Apprenticeship Programs across the UK and Germany Supply Chain. Managing an Apprenticeship Specialist in Germany to support the evolvement of our programs
  • Plan and organise employee activities related to large organisation events
  • Provide leadership for and budget management for Engagement efforts at associated Supply Chain sites
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Management, Corporate, Operations, etc) to ensure coordinated effort across the Global Supply Chain footprint (e.g., Employee Resource Groups, Diversity and Inclusion efforts, Community Involvement)
  • Continually assess engagement program needs and develop new initiatives to ensure new creative ideas and thoughts are heard by our frontline teams
  • Frequently travel around UK, Ireland and Germany (Based 2-3 days per week in a Supply Chain location)

 

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in program or project management 
  • Experience in delivering programs to front line 
  • Fluency in English is required and fluency in German is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and experience working with senior company leaders
  • Strong problem solving skills to deliver a multilingual workforce Global Program
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a multilingual work environment or curating ESOL programs is a plus
