As the EU & Asia Internal Mobility Program Manager, you will be developing a strategic, best-in-class, progressive vision for Internal Mobility and Referrals in EU & Asia, and refining the global roadmap to meet the nuanced needs of these geographies. You will partner with Talent teams to align cross-functional roadmaps, develop resources and technology that equip, automate and simplify the process for Recruiters and employees and drive change management across the geographies. You will help drive adoption of internal and referral recruiting best practices and develop a highly performing TA team with an eye towards efficiency and scale. You will be responsible for assessing the success of programs, reporting out on key success metrics, and managing communications. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the strategy and program operations of TA’s Internal Mobility and Referrals programs for the EU and Asia and drive change management across TA teams and the business 
  • Partner with US TA leaders to build a scalable program in the EU and Asia to support rapid growth
  • Build strong partnerships and collaboration with cross functional leaders to enable knowledge sharing and consistency in programs across Wayfair
  • Act as partner, consultant, and adviser to stakeholders by developing and executing strategies to recruit top internal talent in a highly competitive market
  • Develop effective internal marketing strategies that increases internal interest in job openings, and gets employee to think Wayfair first when exploring new job opportunities
  • Continuously evaluate the Internal Mobility and Referral program by defining, measuring, and assessing success metrics and feedback collection to drive decision making and program iteration

What You’ll Need 

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment; experience in program management and/or change management
  • Proven experience managing multiple and complex projects, responsible for meeting deadlines, reporting progress and impediments to stakeholders and senior leadership, measuring success based on business goals and metrics.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Strong data acumen with ability to leverage data and insights to drive and influence decisions
  • A relentless customer focus as it relates to program participants and talent stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and works with urgency
  • Goal oriented self-starter and able to flex to changing business needs and priorities
  • Ability to maintain a global mindset with strong collaboration approach with peers and stakeholders
  • Experience with Google Cloud G Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms preferred
