Wayfair believes everyone deserves a home they love, and that furnishing your home should be a source of fun, not anxiety. Our Product team plays a crucial role in making this vision a reality for millions of people around the world. Partnering with Engineering, Analytics, and business leaders across Wayfair, our Product team ensures that we’re building technology that solves important customer problems in elegant, scalable, measurable ways.

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Reporting & Analytics product strategy within Finance Technology, championing our next-gen data solutions that will empower our company’s decision makers to strategically scale the business. Wayfair generates enormous amounts of financially relevant data every minute, and curating that data into valuable profit and performance insights for thousands of users at scale is integral to the company’s success. This team is at the center of our multi-year data product capabilities strategy to create and proliferate profitability metrics throughout the company to support the next $50B in Wayfair’s growth. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative team of product managers who have a track record of building large-scale platform products that help thousands of users and process millions of transactions.

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for defining the vision, architecture and execution of the platform products at the heart of all of the tools and analytics products serving Wayfair’s 300-person Finance organization
  • You'll build a product roadmap prioritized through collaborative analysis and partnership with multiple Engineering organizations that balances foundational platform investments with Wayfair-wide customer and vendor outcomes
  • You’ll conduct research and discovery initiatives to improve KPIs and build data assets that give you deep understanding of the health of your products and opportunities for improvement
  • You’ll thoughtfully create strategies to improve customer, colleague, and vendor experiences throughout the order lifecycle with financial data
  • You’ll balance priorities across multiple stakeholder groups with clarity, candor, and a firm focus on your product strategy and north star metrics

What You'll Need

  • You’ve spent 8+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager leading Engineering teams in an Agile environment
  • You have 2+ years of direct managerial experience, hiring, managing, and growing Product Managers of varying levels of seniority
  • You've an entrepreneurial spirit and a demonstrated track record of success creating large customer and business outcomes
  • You’ve cultivated your bias to action and an ability to work at tempo to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage large, cross-functional efforts
  • You’ve learned how to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and inspire a cross-functional team to rapidly deliver value to your customers
  • Your stakeholders praise your communication and collaboration, even though you say “no” to them sometimes
  • If you have subject matter expertise with ERPs, FP&A software, API-first platform transformation, and building data products for business strategy leaders, that’s a plus
