Who We Are

Do you want to be a member of the Marketing Leadership Team for a leading global e-commerce company? Wayfair Europe is looking for a leader to own a multi-million dollar budget and accelerate the growth of our Paid Advertising business. The Head of Marketing, Paid Advertising Europe, is responsible for managing three diverse teams that help customers discover Wayfair’s products in search engines like Google and Bing as well as Comparison Shopping Sites (CSS). Making up the largest set of marketing channels, this division contributes a major share of Wayfair’s spend and traffic.

Operating in complex advertising auction markets, the team builds and leverages cutting edge campaign automation technology and bidding solutions to support ads through paid links (e.g. Google Shopping ads and Text ads). The team strives to expand Wayfair share of search queries, optimize advertising campaigns, and maximize the massive revenue and long-term profit opportunities of a multi-billion dollar business. We use advanced analytics to identify new opportunities for growth, leverage and build in-house machine learning products, and guide the product roadmap to automate customer-first experiences both on (landing pages) and off-site (ads). We are hard at work throughout the end-to-end journey to help our customers find what they need to create spaces that are just right for them, across all of our European geographies, when they’re searching anywhere online.
