The EU Creative team is our "in-house agency” within Wayfair Europe. We are an international team of graphic designers, copywriters and project managers/ producers. Together, we write, design and produce everything our customers, suppliers, employees and recruiting channels see across all European marketing channels. The EU Creative Operations team is responsible for overseeing input briefs, timelines and capacity planning for the whole EU Creative team, ensuring strong relationships with our cross-functional partners. 

We're looking to add a motivated Creative Project Management Intern to our team, who will work alongside all members of our in-house creative and production teams. The intern will assist the project managers and senior management team in the day-to-day running of the team. This will include running daily meetings, coordinating creative project schedules and helping manage our pool of creative freelancers by processing bookings and invoices. Our ideal candidate excels in interpersonal communication, is hyper-organized, and loves to get stuff done. 

What You'll Do

  • Run daily standups, sprint planning meetings and own any necessary follow up
  • Schedule kick-off and review meetings with cross-functional partners 
  • Communicate project updates, changes to scope and creative expectations 
  • Evaluate creative input briefs and gather missing information as needed
  • Build work plans and schedules for creative initiatives and ensure due dates are met
  • Assist with the management of our creative freelancer pool (booking, processing invoices)
  • Provide data analysis for team by extracting, formatting and analysing reporting data
  • Jump on adhoc tasks and projects to support the senior creative management team

What You'll Need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in the Marketing or Creative industry
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets
  • Basic Data Analysis and reporting knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Experience with the Jira ticket management system is a plus
