About the team:

The Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability team develops strategy & tools for business teams, fosters innovation and helps us manage risk throughout our supply chain. Team is responsible for development and launch of initiatives like Shop Sustainably tagging and on site filter, carbon strategy (energy efficiency, renewable energy), waste prevention and sustainable packaging.

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Data collection & management across all EU sustainability initiatives (facilities, supply chain & products) in order to have trustable data for sustainability KPIs for EU business teams, Global ESG report and public reporting. Examples of data to collect & manage include: emissions (energy usage, natural gas usage), waste (vendors reporting, pallets purchasing, damages & returns rates), packaging (types of materials, level of recyclability), products (number of SKUs with sustainable attributes)
  • Data analytics to drive decision making across key sustainability projects
  • Business case / ROI development for sustainability related proposals across the organization
  • Data modelling for long term EU sustainability goals: emissions reduction across Scope 1-3, zero waste in our operations, packaging, etc. 
Requirements:  
  • Strong experience with Excel (analytics & modelling), SQL, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Experience in data analytics, trend analysis and business insights development 
  • Working experience with databases, information and insights (ideally)
  • Proven experience in delivering master data management, data governance and data visualization  
  • Interest in major global sustainability topics. Desire to drive the impact in this space 
  • Ability to learn quickly, see the bigger picture while still having exceptional attention to detail
