Lead Talent Acquisition Partner - Marketing

We’re looking for Lead/Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our ambitious mission of growing our Berlin Marketing team tremendously in the following years.  You’ll be supporting stakeholders like the CMO of EU David Twehues, Director of Brand and Email Saurabh Rustagi, Director of Search Marketing Irene Koegl, Associate Director of Growth Marketing Sebastian Ludolph to hire senior marketing analytics talent, here in Berlin. 

You’ll be working as part of a well-supported, 70+ strong Talent Acquisition team who are dedicated to building a world-class recruiting experience for candidates. As ourTA team further expands, it will open future career-growth opportunities in the future. 

If you are comfortable using data to inform hiring decisions & strategy, experienced owning the E2E recruitment process for senior-level Marketing hires and happy building stakeholder relationships across our technology organisation we’d love to hear from you. 

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Leverage your external and our internal networks to find, attract and engage the best Marketing and Marketing Analytics talent in Berlin
  • Develop, drive, and manage strong relationships with our very supportive Hiring Managers to ensure successful hires  for our European operations.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing a superior candidate experience; clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing, from strategy kick-off through successful new hire onboarding 
  • Conduct research to map out talent within target companies and markets
  • Take ownership for growing your career with the business as we continue to scale
  • Use your experience to design/tweak interview processes as required to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture alignment
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders, made much easier with our TA Analytics tool Visier. 
  • Driving process improvements and various cross-functional projects across the Talent organization with the global team. 

What You'll Need

 

  • Experience (and ideally a strong network) having recruited Marketing or Commercial or Analytics or Consulting talent, both individual contributors and leaders, in Berlin and wider European tech hubs
  • Either to be in, or happy to relocate to, Berlin (preferably) or London
  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • An interest in working in a data driven, fast-paced, TA team with room to grow your career in future
  • Experience in designing and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results
  • To be comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
