We’re looking for Senior Technology Recruiters or Talent Acquisition Professionals to drive our ambitious mission of growing our Berlin Tech Hub from 500 to 1000 people in the next few years. You’ll be supporting stakeholders like Head of Engineering, Bernie Miles; Director of Supply Chain Engineering Füsun Wehrmann; and Director of EU Analytics Nadia Schmid to hire Senior Engineering and Product talent, here in Berlin.
You’ll be working as part of a well-supported, 50+ strong Talent Acquisition team who are dedicated to building a world-class recruiting experience for Tech candidates. As our Tech TA team further expands, it will open future career-growth opportunities.
If you are comfortable using data to inform hiring decisions & strategy, experienced owning the E2E recruitment process for senior-level Tech and Product hires and happy building stakeholder relationships across our technology organisation we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Leverage your external and our internal networks to find, attract and engage the best Tech and Product talent in Berlin
- Develop, drive, and manage strong relationships with our very supportive Hiring Managers to ensure successful placements within our Tech Org.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing a superior candidate experience; clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing, from strategy kick-off through successful new hire onboarding
- Conduct research to map out talent within target companies and markets
- Take ownership for growing your career with the business as we continue to scale
- Use your experience to design/tweak interview processes as required to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture alignment
- Provide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders, made much easier with our TA Analytics tool Visier.
What You'll Need
- Experience (and ideally a strong network) having recruited Senior Engineering and Product talent, both individual contributors and leaders, in Berlin and wider European tech hubs
- Ideally, to be in, or happy to relocate to, Berlin (we support your relocation)
- Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
- An interest in working in a data driven, fast-paced, Tech TA team with room to grow your career in future
- Experience in designing and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles
- Proven success delivering recruiting results
- To be comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in written and spoken English
