Successful candidates will join Wayfair as Managers and will be placed into key functions across the business dependent on a combination of interest, skills and experience, and growth potential. 

Corporate Operations 

Corporate Operations opportunities in Wayfair cover a broad-based continuum that includes: Supplier Operations, International Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Operational Excellence, Sales and Service, Global Delivery, Customer Experience Center of Excellence, and more. The Corporate Operations team develops and executes transformational strategies that generate game-changing competitive advantage and enduring customer satisfaction. Roles in Corporate Operations combine strategy with hands-on execution and the ability to own and drive results. Dedicated teams work directly with suppliers, vendors, customers and internal stakeholders to provide new levels of efficiency and performance supporting all Wayfair businesses globally. Success relies on innovative problem solving, strong business acumen, quantitative skills and collaboration with external and internal partners. 

What you’ll need for all functions:

  • MBA graduate with 3-4 years' of professional experience along with a track record of academic excellence (strong preference for quantitative backgrounds: mathematics, economics, etc.)
  • Requires permanent US work authorization OR a STEM designated degree
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
  • Strong track record of success with progression in level of responsibility and scope
  • Executive presence with ability to clearly and consistently work side-by-side with a broad range of partners and functions from executive leaders to customer service to deliver against complex initiatives complete on-time, on-budget, and over target
  • Ability to multi-task, pivot readily and react to real-time data
  • Comfortable in a data-driven business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and Test and Learn practices is a plus
