We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing guru with a passion for marketing and advertising campaigns, who is equal parts analytical and creative! This person will run omni-channel campaigns for Wayfair, and must have the ability to think analytically, be process and detail-oriented, while also comfortable coming up with creative ideas that can drive positive results. This role requires a strong team player, who knows how to effectively communicate, regardless of the environment or audience, and will proactively come with solutions without fear of being “wrong.”



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with brand management team to distill consumer insights and historical campaign learnings into compelling creative briefs and marketing plans that will feed omni-channel campaigns, from TV through email.
  • Be the liaison between brand, marketing analysts and creative to develop omni-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop the testing plan for Wayfair’s priority omni-channel campaigns.
  • Measure and track performance across campaigns, as well as share lessons across the different marketing channels and the organization. 
  • Help develop creative concepts to drive customers through their buying journey and to the site, 
  • Manage the creative development and testing process to minimize bottlenecks between cross-functional teams
  • Identify advertisement creative trends and best practices, share cross-functionally and incorporate into future design
  • Creatively optimize ads across all campaigns, ensuring viewers are exposed to the strongest and most relevant messaging
  • Utilize reporting tools to draw insight into creative and campaign performance
  • Identify strong performing publishers, share platform best practices,  and communicate effectively with external partners

 

Qualifications:

  • A completed undergraduate degree in top-tier marketing, digital marketing, or analytics program.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, with omni-channel campaign building as a plus. Bonus if you have worked in TV, online video and paid social channels.
  • A data-driven mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
  • Able to exercise good judgment, solve problems and communicate with confidence
  • Experience successfully managing projects from conceptualization through delivery
  • Exceptional project management capabilities - create, streamline and manage processes across cross-functional stakeholders, ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable in a data-driven business environment
  • Proactive worker, positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
