Onboarding and Learning Coordinator

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations pre- and during Orientation/Onboarding programs for our European sites
  • Lead the programs’ logistics and operations in collaboration with different functional teams
  • Serve as main point of contact for functional teams facilitators, managers and stakeholders for all topics around Orientation and Onboarding
  • Manage communications and answers incoming general questions from new hires
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously evaluate efficacy/impact and optimize the program
  • Ad-hoc tasks and other duties required
  • Stay up-to-date on the “latest and greatest” trends in the professional development space, especially in regards to Orientation and Onboarding of New Hires
  • Be the primary point of contact for L&D internal customers (individual contributors and teams) and scoping different L&D channels (Slack channels, team inbox, office hours)
  • Conduct research on learning best practices, adult learning methodology and provide recommendations for the development of new and existing content - this includes conducting needs assessments, focus group discussions, surveys, etc.
  • Design content that is scalable, on brand and caters to varying learning styles
  • Network with L&D market segments to understand the needs of our users and to support research recommendations

What You'll Need:

  • Professional experience or Academic experience in Learning and Development, Training, Onboarding or related field
  • Degree in organizational development, organizational psychology or similar, or requisite working experience 
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability
