What You’ll Do

In this role, you will focus on partnerships while maintaining a high standard of operational commitment. You can expect to:

  • Act as a liaison for our third party and internal Wayfair partners
  • Monitor partner compliance on operational processes to identify and escalate trends
  • Action assigned tickets to quickly resolve issues following established procedures 
  • Proactively suggest process change and be an efficiency leader
  • Employ data-driven collaboration to contribute to reliable continual improvement
  • Identify areas of opportunity for stakeholders to improve their effectiveness

What You'll Need

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent military/work experience
  • Skill with time management and prioritization, working well under deadlines
  • Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience with collaborative G Suite tools or their Microsoft/Open Office equivalents
