As an Associate HR Business Partner within the Talent Management Team, you will impact the lives of every Wayfair team member through your high level of knowledge of the business within your sites/areas of coverage. You will also partner with managers to guide and coach them on concerns and inquiries, as well as train them on policies, benefits, and conduct so that they can help their associates with day to day questions. Engaging and managing talent relations, spotting trends and driving change as a result of that analysis will also be key to your success in continuing to make Wayfair a “best place to work!"

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereiten administrativer personeller Einzel- und Strukturmaßnahmen im Betreuungsbereich (u.a. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Kündigungen, Aufhebungsverträgen, Zeugnissen)
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fach- und Führungskräfte sowie der Mitarbeiter im Betreuungsbereich in allen personaladministrativen Angelegenheiten
  • Berücksichtigung der arbeitsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und unternehmensinternen Vorgaben sowie Kommunikation mit beteiligten Institutionen (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Finanzamt, Integrationsamt etc.)
  • Anlage und Pflege der Mitarbeiterdaten
  • Mitarbeit an bereichsspezifischen personellen Themenstellungen
  • Lieferung von Daten und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklungsthemen
  • Mitgestaltung und aktive Umsetzung von HR-Projekten

Das bringst du mit: 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalmanagement rund um den Employee Life-Cycle, bevorzugt in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Veränderungsbereitschaft 
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche, verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Grundlagen im Bereich Payroll sind wünschenswert
  • Selbstsicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Google Suite sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
