Our design practice is collaborative, data-driven, and fast-paced. We are a diverse, multidisciplinary team of world-class designers who work together with product managers, engineers, and analysts to define problems and solutions in a cross-functional, agile way

What You’ll Do

You will partner with product, research, content strategy, and engineering to build an efficient, transparent, smart platform for suppliers to handle strategic planning and day-to-day operations for high product availability, increased ship speed, and incident-free delivery. Success in this role means consideration to the broader supplier-facing ecosystem for the creation of a unified, cohesive experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design for complex B2B products with multiple workflows, data views, and status
  • Utilize design thinking principles to build efficient supplier experiences which solve problems with simplicity
  • Coordinate, contribute, conduct research (quantitative and qualitative) to identify problems, discover new design approaches, or iterate on existing ones
  • Align with multiple teams to create cross-functional, user-centric design solutions that are scalable, reusable, and achievable within our technology standards
  • Lead the communication and documentation of design outcomes of your team
  • Influence the development of roadmaps based on a strong understanding of the customer, business context, and available data
  • Identify and contribute to cross-team collaboration and growth of our new design system, evolving design practices, and agile methodologies to achieve outcomes for our end-users and the business 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our B2B platform, its offerings, and use cases 


What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates your advocacy for user-centric and data-driven design with attention to detail
  • Expertise in understanding user goals and business requirements, and producing design deliverables: comprehensive site maps, user flows/task flows, user journey maps, page flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction documentation recommendations, etc.
  • Knowledgeable about the different research tools and techniques with how to apply them at the right moment of the product life cycle 
  • Solid communication skills focused on collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups, communicating with diverse audiences, and balancing/negotiation priorities 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Self-driven and independent
  • Have an inclusive and adaptable working style that ensures efficiency in a multicultural work environment.
