What You’ll Do

  • Vision and Strategy: Help Product Management team define and communicate vision and plans 
  • Launch management: After launch, provide value for the end-users by making sure launch plans are communicated clearly and executed properly.
  • Experimentation: Deliver hands-on implementation and tracking support during all stages of product tests and MVP rollouts.
  • Training: Develop and deliver trainings and tutorials on new and existing tools to all relevant user groups. As part of this, maintain updates to the content as workflows and features evolve.
  • Ongoing change management: Ensure every tool built and supported by the product team keeps running smoothly. In addition to launch management, prepare for and communicate new feature releases and work with business owners to communicate key process changes.
  • Product marketing: Ensure all users know what tools exist and what they do in order to make sure teams are using the correct tools and using them efficiently.
  • Data analytics: Support the identification, collection, and analysis of key metrics / data in order to communicate key decisions. 
  • Project management: In some cases, act as program or project manager across large/ambiguous work areas that require a high level of communication and cross-functional collaboration. 

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a tech, operational or consulting capacity 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization
  • Ability to execute on and deliver cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
