Product Sourcing Specialist
Our dedicated team delivers custom solutions for large-scale B2B projects. Whether the customer is a corporate office client, a national property management firm, or a large hospitality group we have the resources to create a space that matches their vision, budget, and timeline. As a Product Sourcing Specialist on the Design Team within the Business Solutions Group, your role is key to supporting B2B’s projects.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with other Capabilities team members and Business Account Managers on large projects.
Create a project design or source and present alternative comparable design solutions to a competitor’s specification.
Specify and curate product selections in a cohesive and intentional manner to match a client’s desired aesthetic.
Prepare client-facing presentations including Product Catalogs, Design Proposals, and Standard Packages using Adobe Creative softwares.
Participate and/or lead client meetings as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers within all five lifestyle brands, as well as custom supplier solutions.
What You'll Need
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop.
Creative mindset with an emphasis on interior design.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be able to work well in a team setting.
Ability to communicate in a sales-oriented manner.
Ability to communicate clearly and execute on the customer's vision.
Must be a fast-learner and detail oriented.
Background and/or education in a creative field desired.
Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
