The EU Partner Operations team enables the commercial success of Wayfair, by guiding and supporting our supplier partners towards a supply chain set up and performance that unlocks their success in the online market. An exciting and expanding component of the EU Partner Operations is the CastleGate Product team.  CastleGate is our network of best in class fulfillment centres in Europe, North America & Canada. The CastleGate Product team is a strategic team sitting at the fulcrum between suppliers, Warehouse, Logistics, Services and  Partner Operations teams. CastleGate Product  strives to ensure that our European CastleGate fulfillment offer is the best in class solution for our partners, covering the overall customer and supplier experience, value proposition, service offering and performance management of core metrics to ensure a world-class experience for our suppliers. 

The role / opportunity

The Project Manager End-to-end Fulfillment Services is a strategic role, and a great opportunity for a Project Manager to own key cross functional projects, performance management activities and impact the future direction and service offering for CastleGate, a core component of our overall Wayfair value proposition for suppliers. We are looking for an experienced, detail orientated Project Manager End-to-end Fulfillment Services who has strong collaboration, execution, project management and analytical skills to join this growing team. In this role you will be working across senior stakeholder groups to ensure the alignment and attainment of business goals, and to manage the successful execution of a suite of projects, processes and tools.

What you will do

  •  Coordinate and execute cross functional projects that drive step-change impacts for internal customers and importantly, our CastleGate suppliers.
  • Develop alongside senior leadership the pipeline of service proposition and process improvement opportunities to improve the CastleGate service offering.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements to all supplier facing CastleGate processes such as inbound management, supplier training and returns processing. 
  • Support in the execution of the recurring performance management for the EU Warehousing, Partner Operations, Services and Logistics including monthly and quarterly review meetings to drive alignment, resolve blockers and meet commitments.
  • Monitor the performance of  CastleGate warehouses: tracking and reporting key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals. Support according target setting.
  • Coordinate and execute the interaction model between CastleGate Product and all key stakeholders internally, such as Warehouse, Logistics, Partner Operations and Services.
  • Support in defining KPIs, OKRs and milestones for CastleGate Product and partners.
  • Support the efforts to grow the team, with the clear opportunity to build a team and directly manage junior colleagues,  supporting recruitment activities.

What we are looking for..

  • BSC  / MBA degree or equivalent experience 
  • An independent, analytical, data-driven, well structured and solution-oriented work ethic, being comfortable operating in high growth environments.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and decision makers with business insights and analysis, challenging leadership as required.
  • People and talent leadership, coaching, influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Proven experience executing change management projects and initiatives.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, developing and delivering executive level presentations and leading business review meetings.
  • Proven experience optimizing processes to deliver operational excellence, at best in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in agile project management practice preferred (but not essential).
  • Excellent Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint)  / Gsuite (GSlides, GSheet) skills.
  • Experience operating with SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau or Excel preferred.
