Lead Recruiter (L3)
Our recruiters are true business partners and are charged with finding, attracting, and hiring top talent into all parts of the company against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture. As growth continues to skyrocket, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and analytical individual for our Talent Acquisition organization.  As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the rapid deployment of high-performing talent into Wayfair across all levels.   • Create and drive long and short team sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiating processes, while advising your business partners along the way
  • Act as a credible business partner to stakeholders by advising on strategic recruiting    priorities and decisions 
  • Provide productive feedback and direction to teammates on best practices and processes, even if no direct reporting relationship exists. 
  • Establish problem-solving partnerships with cross-functional teammates within the Talent organization. 
  • Use data to anticipate potential problems and address proactively with senior stakeholders
  • Provide stakeholders with data-centric pipeline updates thorough regular and consistent reporting  
  • Craft unique and creative market mapping and sourcing strategies, continually iterating to diagnose pipeline challenges
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making. 
  • Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
