In this position, you will support the Kentucky Fulfillment Center Recruiting team, as well as other sites in the region as business needs arise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform administrative tasks associated with the full recruiting cycle including but not limited to creating offer letters, monitoring pre-employment screening, providing communication related to new hire orientation to candidates, maintaining system requisition data, etc.
  • Collaborate with a variety of Recruiters to support Wayfair’s aggressive hiring goals and quick timelines, including sourcing of candidates for critical roles
  • Participate in projects enhancing the recruiting process, and hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Maintain and update key recruiting systems to ensure accurate candidate and requisition data and reporting outcome
  • Ensure a positive, well-rounded candidate experience by partnering with Recruiters on candidate follow up via phone, email and text message communication
  • Communicate new hire orientation details with candidates and internal partners as well as participate in new hire orientation sessions as needed
  • Research and make recommendations on job postings in the ATS and on external job boards
  • Research, plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, community partnerships, training programs and hiring events as need
  • Leverage and analyze data to evaluate the success and optimize the process of recruiting events
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in recruiting, human resources and/or a support role
  • Ability to be flexible and provide a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
  • Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
  • An acute eye for detail and excellent ability to multitask
  • A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
