Regional Director Supply Chain Recruiting

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to design, build and execute a multi-year strategic hiring plan to attract the world’s best talent and hit aggressive growth goals
  • Grow and lead a team of managers and recruiters across multiple locations with a focus on learning, career development, and the creation of deep understanding in all areas of recruitment
  • Advise business stakeholders on addressable talent markets, conduct talent pool analysis, build and organize talent research
  • Use data to tackle talent attraction and assessment problems, translate metrics into useable insights for recruiters, sourcers and stakeholders alike, drive processes efficiencies
  • Leverage expertise and knowledge of HR industry, talent attraction and people analytics trends to address practical business challenges
  • Execute high scope project management requiring collaboration with large breadth of cross-functional teams
  • Champion an inclusive environment of knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continued learning where the status quo is questioned and ideas for improvement are fostered and continually explored

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Analytics, Workforce Management and/or Leadership with success in building effective teams across multiple levels (non-exempt entry level to exempt senior leaders)
  • 5+ years of experience leading and growing Teams, managing managers
  • Shown success delivering innovative strategy and problem solving methods within a technical, high growth environment
  • Experience building and executing a comprehensive growth strategy at scale
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment, ability to use metrics to guide decision making
  • Strong people analytics foundation with experience in frontline workforce management and headcount planning 
  • Ability to effectively communicate across a variety of levels and cohorts
  • E-commerce and seasonal hiring experience a plus
  • This is a virtual position with travel 

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $186,000-204,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
