As a Regional Employee Experience Project Manager, you will support Wayfair’s efforts to build an inclusive, engaged and informed workforce across a subset of our 50+ Supply Chain locations in the US.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain Communications & Engagement, you will develop close partnerships with your stakeholders, our frontline employees, and many cross-functional teams across Talent, Operations and more. In order to become ingrained in our culture, this role will be located in one of our Supply Chain facilities with up to 20% travel to other locations within your defined region.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Director level leadership to ensure a memorable, positive employee experience at all phases of the employee lifecycle to promote retention and satisfaction
  • Plan and execute employee recognition events and hands-on activities which further Wayfair’s commitment to our core values, and diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to advance the broader Global Supply Chain Communication & Engagement strategic priorities
  • Leverage a data-driven approach to employee experience and engagement, consistently seeking and sharing innovative ideas and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Human Resources, Culture & Inclusion, Community Experience, on high-visibility projects which impact our frontline employee journey
  • Perform hands-on project management including timeline and deliverables, monitoring and status reporting, and budget tracking
  • Support Supply Chain communications by governing our on-site channels, ensuring accessibility and understanding of engagement and communications content for our employees
  • Embed yourself in your region’s culture by building relationships with our targeted audience and fostering partnerships with local community organizations to upskill our team members

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years in the employee engagement, employee experience, and/or internal communications space
  • A clear impact/results orientation and ability to set dynamic, compelling goals, ensure clear accountabilities and align the organization to deliver on commitments
  • A passion for company culture and creating a unique a differentiated employee experience
  • Strong executive presence and track record of cultivating strong and trusting relationships with cross-functional partners and executive leaders
  • Organized with keen attention to detail, possesses the ability to own and execute tasks efficiently as a self-starter
  • Comfortable leading several projects simultaneously with a structured approach and pivoting in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Prior experience working with remote team members and partners
  • Proficiency with Google Drive Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Preferred proficiency in a second language (Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred) and preferred previous experience helping an organization transition into a bilingual (or multi-lingual) environment
