What you will Do
- Identify and drive continuous improvement programs that drives cost efficiencies, delivery speed, process quality,safety and operational efficiency in partnership with CY team
- Drive Yard products, policies, process adoption
- Support Yard team in defining products, policies, process and performance management
- Manage Yard performance
- Manage Yard Safety compliance
- People management:
- Manage day to day operations with Yard Leads, Yard Admins & Shunters
- Responsible for training Yard leads, admins and shunters
- Escalation & resolution management
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain/Operations
- 4+ years of experience in FC-operations with strong exposure to Performance management and continuous improvement esp. in ecommerce setup
- Proven track record of leadership, taking ownership and driving results
- Strong Excel skills & strong Project management skills (PMP - preferred )
- Lean Management (Esp Strong experience in driving continuous improvement projects)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel to FCs - 30 % of time
