This Senior Analyst role is an important part of our Cash and Credit Card management team which focuses on the management of all cash, credit card management including Employee Expense across all Wayfair companies and accounts.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily cash management activities, monitor cash flows, and provide support for global Cash Flow and DPO projections.
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly cash forecasting and work to develop enhancements to current processes
  • Assist with internal/external audits, ensure effectiveness of SOX controls, and maintain compliance with policies
  • Perform monthly and quarter end Banking/Cash/Credit Card accounting review tasks including review of reconciliations.
  • Support the day-to-day process around merchant services including credit card merchant ID setups and terminations, credit card analysis, and all other inquiries
  • Manage the corporate credit card program and expense reporting tool, Coupa.
  • Assist in month-end close processes, including posting journal entries, reviewing general ledger, and performing account reconciliations.
  • Other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
  • Bank account management and Treasury experience, including banking portals and treasury workstations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across categories and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) with strong customer service focus.
  • Strong work ethic and a history of meeting tight deadlines
