Who We Are:

The Global Supply Chain Capacity Planning team is looking for a Sr Analyst to support overall capacity optimization for our fulfillment centers. Our team works to create a framework around current state operations, whilst building a foundation for growth and sustainability for the future.

You will work on projects regarding capacity allocation/consolidation/throughput analysis across the NA and EU network to optimizing existing assets, as well as building plans to mitigate future challenges and growth.

What You'll Do: 

  • Become the subject matter expert for all processes (data, processes, functionality) within Wayfair’s Fulfillment Network.
  • Identify, analyze and develop scalable solutions that help drive decision making and accelerate profitable growth for Wayfair’s Fulfillment Network.
  • Propose recommendations to improve data integrity, identify and eliminate process gaps, reduce resolution support time, and identify opportunities to improve supplier self-service 
  • Analytical support to cross-functional projects and processes to improve overall performance.
  • Lead projects to improve performance and to roll-out model based solutions to collaborative partners.

What You'll Need: 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems or other quantitative discipline field
  • Proficient experience conducting quantitative analyses on large data sets - Excel, SQL.
    • Tableau or other data visualization software preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced data driven environment
  • Skilled analytical thinker; someone who looks to data for answers and opportunities.
  • Challenge existing standards and advocate for improvements by setting new standards
  • Proficient ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
