  • Work closely with business leadership to identify requirements and obtain buy-in for methodology.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering teams to architect, develop, and integrate data/reporting solutions into daily operations for internal Wayfair users and suppliers.
  • Implement and enhance data ingestion and/or pipeline processes to facilitate data integration into business tools and workflows.
  • Communicate findings with a clear point of view and compelling visualizations so your insights can be used to help drive business strategy and technology projects.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a quantitative or technical work environment OR completed Masters degree in a quantitative or technical area
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, driving results and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and business acumen with demonstrated experience leveraging data from a multitude of sources to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills with demonstrated ability to be a proactive collaborator with stakeholders/partners
  • In-depth experience with SQL or a structured programming language (aggregate functions, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, etc.), required
  • Experience with analytical and modeling tools (Python, R, Stata, etc.), reporting technologies (Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau. etc.), and/or product analytics platforms (Google Analytics)  highly preferred
