We are looking for talented, driven, and friendly individuals to join us on our hyper-growth journey in Europe. As a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst - having gathered some professional experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment - you will take ownership of driving growth in a dedicated area of responsibility (e.g. a channel, advertising partner, or geography). 

Currently operating in the UK and Germany, we are currently heavily investing in new initiatives, partners, and markets to fuel further growth. About Marketing in Europe at Wayfair

Marketing at Wayfair is a key growth driver and a critical enabler of our overall success. Our Berlin-based team owns and operates a full suite of marketing channels in Europe including TV, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Email, Direct Mail, and more.

What You Will Do

  • Take responsibility for your own channel/advertising partner/geography and own a multi-million Euro ad spend 
  • Leverage our world-class systems to build campaigns, measure and steer performance on leading platforms such as Facebook or Google
  • Analyze campaign efficiency (return on ad spend) and report on channel performance
  • Leverage vast amounts of data and leading analytical tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Python, R, Spreadsheets) and proprietary Wayfair techniques 
  • Build testing roadmaps and come up with ambitious, high-impact OKRs (objectives and key results)
  • Work hand-in-hand within our full, global marketing team to realize high-impact projects such as big promotions and foster exchange in our global testing agendas
  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated Creative, Brand Experience, Data Science, Storefront Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to co-drive innovation in both marketing operations as well as platforms/tools

What You Will Need

  • Bachelors / Master's degree with the strong academic record (ideally in a quantitative field of study)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and learn quickly
  • + 2-3 years of work experience in marketing (preferably in Paid Search), with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced settings (e.g. e-commerce, tech companies)
  • Demonstrated structured problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and experience with hypothesis-driven approaches to complex problems
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills (at least advanced Excel skills and experience with analyzing big data sets in SQL and/or in Google Big Query - a second language, especially Python / R are an advantage)
  • Strong business sense, hunger for driving results, and improvement-driven, KPI-oriented mindset
  • Open mindset, collaborative working style, and strong can-do attitude and make things happen in a fast-paced environment
  • Answer-first communication style and strong persuasion skills. Excellent English skills, German is a plus
