The Integrated Marketing team is looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Senior Associate to manage the execution, and performance of Wayfair’s fast growing Influencer Marketing programs for its Specialty Retail and Luxury brands. This is a highly visible role where you will influence channel strategy, develop and execute campaign plans, and analyze results to continually evolve channel strategy based on performance trends and brand priorities.  

  • Lead day to day execution of all influencer marketing efforts and play a key role in end to end campaign planning
  • Facilitate influencer campaigns to showcase tentpole brand events and content priorities
  • Derive insights from channel and campaign performance, communicating key performance metrics to stakeholders and using learnings to shape future campaign planning decisions
  • Manage external influencer relationships, including with individual partners, as well as influencer networks
  • Develop and expand influencer pipeline, innovating how we reach and incentivize influencers
  • Work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to determine how to maximize the impact of high quality influencer content across platforms 
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer and social media marketing preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel 
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally to move complex projects forward
  • Comfort with data and experience translating performance trends into business strategy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with demonstrated experience effectively working with and influencing senior level and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to identify value and prioritize work while collaborating with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and execute on solutions
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action
