Senior Associate Merchant, Catalog & Imagery Merchandising

Wayfair is looking for an Associate Merchant to join the Catalog & Imagery Merchandising team. The Catalog & Imagery Merchandising team owns the merchandising strategy and execution for imagery featured on Wayfair.com and across physical and digital marketing channels. This role is an exciting opportunity to develop the Wayfair brand through product selection for the new print circular program. A successful candidate will be a creative, enthusiastic and results-driven individual who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The role will report into a Senior Manager at Wayfair’s Boston headquarters and work with a collaborative, high-performing team.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary merchant lead for Wayfair’s newly launched print circular program
  • Propose categories and classes to feature throughout each circular
  • Strategically identify and select products to feature in monthly print circulars
  • Identify supplier advertising opportunities and work directly with suppliers on funded placements
  • Drive the circular program forward by leading production activities including pricing and SKU copy management
  • Research industry trends to maintain knowledge of the marketplace and understand the competitive landscape
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Creative, Promotions, and Category Management

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
  • Collaborative and comfortable managing relationships with numerous stakeholders
  • 1+ year of professional experience
