What you’ll do:

    • Manage full-lifecycle recruiting process with candidates, from sourcing & attracting all the way through to offer delivery & negotiation.
    • Manage relationships with key schools and university career services teams, student groups, academic leaders, and other on-campus programs. 
    • Manage & facilitate recruiting activities and events on campus, including career fairs, on-site interviews, presentations, and other events. 
    • Plan, organize, and drive large scale off-campus/on-site recruiting events, including Assessment Days, on-site interviews, information sessions, and job shadowing. 
    • Track candidate metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting events and overall program success and growth opportunities.
    • Proactively take the lead on problem solving for process improvements, candidate evaluation, reporting metrics, etc.
  • *This role will require travel to select colleges/universities during peak on-campus recruiting seasons.

What you’ll need: 

  • Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high volume capacity
  • Experience establishing stakeholder relationships and providing strong customer consultative skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Additional languages, especially German, are highly desirable
  • A committed team player with a strong desire to win and to drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and individuals
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills - you won’t stop until you get to the root cause of problems and implement solutions
  • A strong desire to take ownership and calculated risk in a fast paced and changing environment
