About Wayfair Professional (aka Wayfair B2B): Wayfair Professional is the ‘gated’ experience of Wayfair dedicated to all business customers.  We organize our customer base and corresponding offering (site and sales) into 7 industry verticals, prioritizing our Interior Design, Commercial Office and Contractor experiences. In 2021, we expect to generate $2B in GRS and we are on a journey to being a $5B+ business by 2025 (+30% YoY growth), with over a $300B opportunity to cover across North America and Europe over the subsequent 10 years.  

 

Who we are:

The Enterprise Account Manager team plays a key role in facilitating sales by assisting the Enterprise Sales team with project management, strategic account initiatives and customer support. The team belongs to the broader Capabilities org, which includes partner teams that provide value-added services to customers including Space Planning & Design, Category Sales Support, and Consolidated Delivery. This role will be assisting the account executive to balance their book of business, increase sales, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. We are looking for an organized and energetic self-starter who is ready to contribute to the success of the growing department.

 

  

What you will do:

  • Provide project management support for Enterprise customers by placing and monitoring a high volume of orders
  • Partner with the BSG, B2B Marketing and other cross functional teams to provide accounts with innovative and custom solutions
  • Optimize service provided to Wayfair’s highest-priority B2B clients by developing account-specific SOPs and best practices
  • Contribute to team development and the advancement of team strategy by owning key OKRs; opportunity to own high-impact, high-visibility strategic initiatives 
  • Identify new opportunities to streamline or improve upon an account’s process 
  • Assist other team members with pooled requests 

 

Who you are:

  • Enjoys owning a process through execution while maintaining a critical eye and continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrates clear and proactive communication practices 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively 
  • Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally 
  • Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems.
  • Experience with internal systems including Salesforce, Partner Home, quote tool etc.
