About Wayfair Professional (aka Wayfair B2B): Wayfair Professional is the ‘gated’ experience of Wayfair dedicated to all business customers.  We organize our customer base and corresponding offering (site and sales) into 7 industry verticals, prioritizing our Interior Design, Commercial Office and Contractor experiences. In 2021, we expect to generate $2B in GRS and we are on a journey to being a $5B+ business by 2025 (+30% YoY growth), with over a $300B opportunity to cover across North America and Europe over the subsequent 10 years. 

Wayfair Professional is looking for an experienced leader to champion new financing platforms and service offerings for our B2B business. We aim to provide best in class offerings for our customers and are making significant investments in new services that will truly differentiate us in the market. As the Senior Manager, B2B Customer Financing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing on our roadmap, maximizing the realized potential of our offerings, and managing cross-functional relationships. 

What You'll Do

  • Advocate relentlessly for the B2B customer across multiple financing and payment workstreams, including:
    • Ongoing evolution of our financing offerings, including 3rd party offerings
    • Cross functional partnership with Engineering and Operational teams to improve our internal B2B payment experience
    • Test into additional payment methods to facilitate customer purchasing with new partners
  • Drive customer and sales team adoption of Wayfair’s B2B financing solutions
  • Develop a multi-year roadmap for continued improvement of Wayfair Professional financing offerings that takes revenue share at strong margins while maintaining high customer NPS
  • Function as the B2B lead for our work with Wayfair Finance
  • Represent B2B in company wide planning as Wayfair continues to innovate and improve upon our payments experience
  • Serve as “voice of the B2B customer” / B2B advocate within larger projects managed by other functions

What You'll Need

  • Previous payments/financing experience preferred
  • A successful self-starter with experience launching new product/service offerings, especially in the financing space.
  • Given the strategic and cross-functional nature of this role, the qualified candidate must have strong quantitative and analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority and a collaborative mindset. 
  • Can simplify complex processes/concepts to drive understanding and alignment both internally and externally to our customers
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and managing cross-functional projects required. 
  • Experience managing a high-performing team, and a track record of developing talent required. 
  • Experience working in a fast-growth company or shaping your own work plan
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience required
