Our EU Strategic Finance team in Berlin is a fundamental link to all business partners at a global level. The Senior Manager, Strategic Finance will build close partnerships with key stakeholders within our Sales & Operations functions (Warehouse, International Supply Chain, Shipping, Incidence, Returns & Resolutions and Customer Service) and work closely with senior leadership to drive forward a number of key business projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage preparation, review and syndication of monthly management reports
- Work closely with business leaders to improve existing suite of reports to provide nuanced insights to financial, operational, and commercial performance
- Conduct complex data analysis using a wide variety of data sources to improve financial performance of the Sales & Operations business lines
- Act as an advisor to a broad range of business stakeholders on financial and operations topics including capex and opex decisions
- Work as a true business partner with a particular focus on shipping, incidences, returns & resolutions, and customer service to identify opportunities for cost saving efficiencies
- Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Operations, Warehouse, etc. teams to create, share and evaluate project ideas while driving their implementation and scale working solutions across our supply chain
What You’ll Need:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Mathematics or a related field; post-graduate qualifications are advantageous
- Significant experience working within a large and complex finance environment including experience partnering with non-financial teams to develop impactful commercial solutions and financial modelling
- High attention to detail, proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in a quantitative and/or business intelligence role performing quantitative analysis is recommended:
- Advanced Excel skills is required
- Background in database querying a strong plus (SQL, Google Big Query, Vertica) ○ Experience in data visualization tools a plus (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.)
