  • Serve as a subject matter expert who can select the appropriate data science methodologies to explore a hypothesis
  • Synthesize actionable data-driven insights, and influence Talent Acquisition strategy through compelling narratives of business recommendations
  • Own the reporting and process (from creation to standardization and automation) necessary to turn a good data-driven insight into an operational and financial reality. Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and learnings, and ensure our work results in scalable solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams, levels, and leadership

What You'll Need:

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills and analytical expertise.

  • Experienced in using SQL and capable of cleaning messy data
  • A passion for communicating analytical insights graphically. Experience with visualization tools preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and balance priorities in the face of ambiguity
  • Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups, and communicating with diverse audiences
