Who We Are

Wayfair is reinventing the way our supplier partners run and grow their business on the Wayfair platform. Partner Home is the supplier facing side of wayfair.com and we are rebuilding this platform to make it completely self-service, enabling our supplier partners to run and grow their business on Wayfair.

The Pricing group is responsible for building capabilities that help suppliers price their products competitively and optimize prices for growth with timely promotions and discounts. Our mission is to build intuitive self-service experiences that make it easy for suppliers to identify growth opportunities across their catalog, invest in those opportunities and provide the best value for our customers. If you are passionate about solving high-impact operational and technical challenges at the core of a highly scaled e-commerce business, this is the place to be.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager for Pricing Applications, you will be responsible for leading the charge in the re-invention of how our supplier partners price their products on Wayfair. We are rebuilding major areas of Wayfair's pricing platform to optimally support the needs of a rapidly growing business.

You will have the opportunity to build a product from scratch that enables our suppliers to increase their profits through insights and data about their business and their competitive landscape. This product leader will not only be working closely with suppliers, but also making changes that will be value accretive to customers and Wayfair.

You will lead problem scoping and discovery across multiple functional areas, drive requirements synthesis, and facilitate prioritization to determine how Wayfair should enhance our Pricing applications to optimize speed-to-value delivery.

You will act with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, creating strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders (both technical and non-technical), establishing a shared vision for success, and delivering results that create meaningful business impact

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Proven ability to take highly complex or ambiguous business problems, successfully lead strategic vision setting, and identify and prioritize near-term actions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience playing a lead role in cross-functional initiatives by establishing strong partnerships with peers and senior leaders, effectively setting expectations, managing conflict, and creating buy-in for recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Strong baseline technical knowledge or technical orientation; very comfortable getting into the details, and learning and implementing new technologies
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
