The Global Supply Chain Operations focuses on establishing a standard & scalable framework for how we implement process changes & improvements in our supply chain operations to achieve cost-efficient perfect orders at scale. The Senior Manager role is highly cross-functional and will have program management oversight across multiple Supply Chain operations, including Technology, Industrial Engineering, Process Definition, Training, etc. 

 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, impact-oriented, and intellectually curious leader to drive initiatives that deliver clear impact to the business. The ideal candidate brings structured and logical planning, excellent communication skills, expertise in project and program management, and a strong track record of cross-functional team leadership to the role. What You’ll Do

 

  • Program manage a portfolio of global supply chain initiatives that bring high impact to the business 

 

  • Apply structured planning approach and analysis to autonomously lead initiatives while evaluating progress, ensuring commitments are met and expected results realized

 

  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and roadblocks within a program

 

  • Execute on various daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that are crucial to the advancement of the project, including scoping, executing pilot programs, analyzing results, and adjusting program strategy as needed.

 

  • Create and maintain KPI s for pilots & scale initiatives and own understanding of performance trends and opportunity areas

 

  • Be a self-navigator and build relationships with operational partners, such as Supply Chain site leadership, Talent partners, and other stakeholders

 

  • Be great to work with! We seek candidates with a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a passion for solving problems

 

What You'll Need

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in program management at large scale

 

  • Comfortable with self-navigating in ambiguity or when provided with high-level ask

 

  • A proven track record of taking on big challenges and delivering despite obstacles or limited resources

 

  • Strong project management & structured thinking skills to drive clarity and action on an ambiguous project

 

  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, comfort operating with large data sets, and the ability to independently draw actionable insights from data

 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated senior presence

 

  • Clear track record of working effectively in cross-functional team situations

 

  • An ability to hit the ground running – a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter

 

  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite, such as Google Sheets (similar to Excel)
