As the Senior Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of the facilities maintenance activities of 36 facilities in collaboration with the Regional Facilities Managers. You will act as a day to day resource for the regional facilities managers as well as a secondary contact to the regional operations managers to ensure continuation of building operations. You will interact and collaborate with corporate standardization and procurement teams regularly to drive initiatives to improve ways of working and cost savings.

What You'll Do

  • Ability to conduct, present and explain financial business case analysis as well as the ability to document and transfer information into useful formats and draw conclusions
  • Experience in collaborating with corporate procurement teams to negotiate equipment and service contracts including but not limited to master service agreements.
  • Familiarity with business process documentation, how to interpret and guide the regional managers and track opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, shift priorities and reassign workload and projects according to those shifting priorities
  • Able to work with technical and non-technical business owners/partners to improve understanding, buy in and overall support while simultaneously overcoming those obstacles and delivering results
  • Provide business decision support and participate/lead capital and special projects
  • Ability to own multiple contributor worksheets, create maintain and communicate project updates which all display a set of strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team as projects dictate
  • Able to travel up to or beyond 50% based on project work load

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance management/Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Must have experience with building maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire/Security
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) in managing work orders, inventory, and reporting.
  • Must have effective communication skills both in person and on the computer via other meeting services.
  • Ability to develop and manage a budget around existing or new facility needs.
  • Understanding of complex blueprints and construction specifications is a plus.
  • Exposure with industrial safety including: confined space, electrical, Lock-Out/Tag-Out and other is a plus.
