Who we are

Are you passionate about organic growth, enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership for high-impact initiatives? Come and join our SEO team on our hyper-growth journey in Europe!

Our European and global SEO team is responsible for all organic search traffic. We are building a world-class organic search practice, combining a mix of product excellence (to build features that engage organic visitors), technical marketing (to identify new user intents and opportunities), and content science (to create high quality content at scale). As a SEO analyst you will execute the SEO strategy and own the SEO results of our European business. This entails identifying new opportunities, monitoring performance, deepening our understanding of SEO levers, and driving the roadmap of features, tools and tests we launch every month. You learn fast from your more experienced colleagues and collaborate directly with a dedicated team of content, product and engineering experts. In a given quarter you might find yourself launching features that boost semantic richness, investigating Google algo changes, optimizing the creation of programmatic pages, or advising the organic growth strategy of a billion dollar business. In no time you will be driving millions of new organic visits, and have gained a uniquely valuable expertise.

Currently operating our European business in the UK and Germany, we are heavily investing into new initiatives, partners and new European markets to fuel further growth. For you, this means plenty of learning, room to develop and take on additional responsibilities as you grow in your career at Wayfair. We support you with our friendly, highly collaborative and no-ego culture, dedicated training programs and of course a competitive, performance-oriented compensation.
