Supplier Acquisition and Onboarding - Poland

Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding at Wayfair is responsible for increasing Wayfair’s revenue by identifying, approaching and on-boarding new suppliers. This is your opportunity to join our fast-paced and talented team on our mission to conquer the European market by adding the most promising industry suppliers from countries all over the continent esp. from Poland. We are at the forefront when it comes to expanding Wayfair’s selection and we constantly seek new business opportunities within our chosen product categories and markets.

The role provides a mix of sales and strategic market and business analysis. We achieve our goals through execution-oriented focus and teamwork.

What You'll Do

Work within a dynamic, motivated and driven team based in Berlin – help to source and onboard new suppliers across various categories and contribute to the company's targets
Establish and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
Provide market research of supplier landscape, analyze trends and identify key vendors to build Wayfair product selection
Bring innovative ideas and identify the opportunities for new lead sourcing, qualification and acquisition
Use data and analytical tools to provide valuable insights on team performance and processes
Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to identify supplier acquisition & onboarding blockers, develop the solutions and execute on them

What You'll Need

Fluency in English & Polish (C1/C2 level)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic entrepreneurial spirit, with proven ability to quickly get up to speed and deliver against the goals
Problem solving and analytical mindset and a desire to improve processes
Proficiency in Excel (first experience with GBQ, SQL would be an advantage)
