As a Senior Associate, you will own and drive hugely impactful commercial and operational campaigns, driving the success and growth of a large and growing global portfolio of suppliers.

We’re seeking business oriented, passionate, and self-motivated individuals to join our SRM@Scale team. • Handle complex supplier negotiations that drive business impact
  • Manage supplier engagement insights and team feedback to identify and implement both process and supplier engagement improvements
  • Align with internal stakeholders to draft, and build, outbound content catered to a specific cohort of our supplier-base

What You'll Need

  • Experience in E-commerce, corporate retail, management consulting, or sales experience preferred
  • Fluency in English with articulate and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A track record of successful negotiation and relationship management skills
  • An ability to hit the ground running as a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter
  • An ability to manage and prioritize projects, to delegate tasks appropriately, and to engage with cross functional teams
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, plus the ability to dissect and determine root causes of problems, then implement solutions
